Imperial Tobacco Distribution Bulgaria (ITDB) announced that it will distribute a total of BGN1.3 million (US$750,000) dividend to its sole owner Imperial Tobacco Overseas Holdings.
In a filing to the Bulgarian commercial register, ITDB reported that the company’s net profit edged down to BGN1.3 million in 2018 from BGN1.6 million the previous year. Sales revenue grew to BGN226.1 million in 2018, from BGN193.6 million in 2017.
