Japan Tobacco Inc. (JT) will launch the Camel Box, its latest Camel product nationwide on Jul 26, 2019.
“Our Camel brand continues to be well received by our consumers, driven by its taste and aroma offered at an affordable price,” said Takashi Araki, vice president of the marketing group product & brand division. “Following the successful launch of two new products in June 2018, we are presenting Camel Box, a brand-new product with 12mg tar at 400 yen per pack to introduce Camel’s unique taste to consumers. The solid tobacco taste of Camel Box is achieved by the balanced authentic American Blend. We use tobacco leaves with an enriched smoking experience so that consumers can enjoy its clarity and sweetness.”
The brand symbol, unifying the camel icon and brand logo, is positioned in the middle of the packaging. Its warm color depicts the high-tar product’s taste and aroma, while the hidden CAMEL logo printed in the background adds spice to the product’s simple packaging.
