A.J. Fernandez’s Diesel brand has launched its new Whisky Row cigar collection, developed in partnership with Rabbit Hole Bourbon.
The new Whiskey Row cigars feature a three-region filler blend comprising Nicaraguan tobaccos from Ometepe, Condega, and Jalapa. Each of the filler tobaccos in the blend are aged 5-8 years, and enveloped in a bourbon-barrel-aged Mexican binder. Binder leaves are aged in bourbon barrels in a proprietary process developed by Fernandez to enhance the cigar’s profile. Finally, the entire blend is wrapped in Ecuadoran Habano which is aged for five years.
Diesel Whiskey Row comes in four sizes, each in 25-count boxes: Robusto (5 1/2 x 52), Toro (6 x 54), Churchill (7 x 49), and Gigante (6 x 60).
